化疗病人中心静脉置管术后感染的多因素分析

Polyfactorial analysis on the infection due to post-central venous catheterization in chemotherapeutic period

目的 对 82例化疗病人行颈内或锁骨下静脉置管术后的导管感染危险因素进行分析。方法 对年龄、性别、病种、导管保留时间、导管用药次数、营养药的使用、化疗周期、抗生素的使用以及血象 9个因素进行单因素分析。结果 导管用药次数、营养药的使用、化疗周期、血象与导管感染有密切相关。结论 经多因素分析化疗周期和血象是影响化疗病人中心静脉导管感染的重要因素。

Objective To evaluate the dangerous factors of infection in 82 patients with jugular or subclavicular venous catheterization Methods We made single factor analyses against each of the following factors,such as. age,sex,tgpe of tumor,duration of the catheter being contained,freguency of drug delivery,use of nutrition drugs,chemotherapeutic cycles,use of antibiotics and blood counts.Results We found that the infection closely correlated with the frequency of drugs delivery,use of nutrition drugs,chemotherapeutic cycle and blood counts.Conclusions The chemotherapeutic cycle and blood counts are the two most important factors for infection due to catheterization. [
