Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 1,10-Phenanthroline Substituted Glycoluril and Its 1D Complex Polymer with Cobalt(Ⅱ) Ion

以1,10-邻菲咯啉取代苷脲为原料,与CoCl2·6H2O在乙醇溶液中反应,生成了标题化合物并得到其单晶。单晶经X-射线单晶衍射实验表征,化合物单晶为正交晶系,P212121空间群,晶胞参数为:a=11.2115(4),b=12.9155(5),c=14.2723(6),α=β=γ=90°,V=2067.43,Z=4,Dc=1.321g·cm-3,μ=0.856mm-1,F(000)=852,R1=0.0443,ωR2=0.0980。配合物分子间通过多种相互作用,形成一维链状结构。

The title compound was synthesized in ethanol by the reaction of 1,10-phenanthroline substituted glycoluril with CoCl2· 6H2O, Its crystal was characterized by X-ray single diffraction analysis, Results belongs to orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with a=11.2115（4）A,b=12.9155（5） A,c=14.2723（6）A,α=β=γ=90°,V=2067.4A3,Z=4,Dc=1.321g·cm-3,μ=0.856mm-1,F（000） =852,the final R1=0.0443,ωR2=0.0980
