紫外分光光度法测定黔西南州茶叶中硒元素的含量

Total Selenium of Qianxinan Local Tea is Analysed by UV method

采用紫外分光光度法,以黔西南州本地产茶叶为测定对象,测定了样品中微量元素硒.结果显示,黔西南地区茶叶含硒量为0.263mg/kg,符合农业部2002年颁布《富硒茶》NY/T600-2002标准,硒含量指标在0.25-4.0mg/kg之间,标准曲线的相关r为0.9988,加标回收率在97.6％～99.5％之间,该方法具有灵敏度高,稳定性好,工作曲线性关系好等显著优点,可用于茶叶中硒元素的测定.

Total Selenium content of Qianxinan local tea is analysed by ultraviolet SpectroPho--tometric method, obtains standard curve related r 0.9988, standard addition recovery rate is between 97.6% - 99.5% and Total selenium is 0.263 mg/kg, showing a good linear relationship, this method is simple, low cost price, but can achieve better results for trace Selenium measurements of tea.
