摘要
目的 探讨X 刀治疗肺癌的方法、疗效、并发症。方法 对 14例肺癌患者行X 刀治疗 ,随访 1～ 18个月 ,结合文献进行临床分析及疗效评价。结果 1月后部分缓解 7例 ,其中 5例周围型肺癌 ;3月后完全缓解 3例 ,均为周围型肺癌 ;3月后恶化 1例 ,6月后恶化 3例 ;1月左右死亡 3例。其中 2例中心型肺癌。结论 X 刀治疗周围型肺癌效果优于中心型肺癌 ,且可以反复进行 。
Objective To elucidate the effect of x knife on lung cancer.Methods 14 cases of lung cancer underwent x knife treatment,most of them were followed up from 1 to 18 months.Clinical analysis and evaluation of treamtent were carried out combined with literature.Results Of the 14 cases who were followed up ,7 cases partially improved in one months,and two of them were central tumor;3 cases of peripheral improved thoroughly in three months,1 case aggravated in three months,3 cases aggravated in six months;3 cases died in one month,two of them were central tumor.Conclusions X knife is superior in treating peripheral lung tumor to central lung tumor,which can be repeatedly used.
