摘要
对于采用换电技术的电动汽车,其动力电池箱的可靠连接对行驶安全至关重要;针对动力电池箱的工作特性和连接特点,对动力电池箱连接故障进行分析;提出检测极柱接触不良故障及实现保护的解决方案,并设计、开发出相应的保护终端;通过模拟动力电池箱极柱接触不良故障试验,得到故障检测的相关判据参数,并验证了保护方案的有效性。
Reliable connecting of power battery box is important for safe-rnnning in electric vehicle with exchanging battery technology. According to the characteristics of operation and connection of power battery box, the connecting failures of pow- er battery box were analyzed. A solution was presented to detect the poor contact of terminal posts and achieve the protec- tion. And a corresponding protection terminal was designed and developed. By means of simulating poor contacting and mal- function of terminal posts of power battery box, some criterion parameters for detecting the malfunction were presented and the availability of the protection solution was also verified.
