高聚金葡素辅佐化疗药物对卵巢上皮癌者外周血T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性的影响

EFFECTS OF HASL PLUS CHEMOTHERAPY ON PERIPHERAL BLOOD T CELL SUBSETS AND NK CELL ACTIVITY IN PATIENTS WITH OVARIAN EPITHELIAL CARCINOMA

目的 :研究卵巢上皮癌者化疗后及高聚金葡萄素治疗后机体细胞免疫状态。方法 :采用流式细胞法分别检测了 36例卵巢上皮癌患者化疗前后及高聚金葡素治疗后外周血T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性 ,并对照检测了 2 0例卵巢良性肿瘤患者及 30例健康体检者。结果 :与对照组相比 ,卵巢上皮癌患者外周血CD3 及CD4 细胞百分比下降、CD8百分比上升、CD4 /CD8值下降、NK细胞活性降低 ;化疗后CD4 /CD8值及NK细胞活性较化疗前明显降低 ;高聚金葡素联合化疗组外周血CD4 /CD8值及NK细胞活性明显高于单纯化疗组。结论 :卵巢上皮癌患者处于免疫功能抑制状态 ,化疗后机体免疫功能低下 。

Objective:To study the immunologic status o the patients with ovarian epithelial carcinoma (OEC) after chemotherapy and treatment of highly agglutinative staphylococcin(HASL).Methods:Flow Cytometry was used to determine the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell activity in 36 cases with OEC before chemotherapy and after chemotherapy、21 cases with OEC after treatment of HASL and 20 cases of benign ovarian tumors.Controled by 30 nomal women.Results:The percentages of CD 8 cells increased while those of CD 3、CD 4 cells CD 4/CD 8 levels reduced as compared with those of benign groups,the NK cell activity is also decreased in the patients with OEC.The CD 4/CD 8 levels and NK cell activity were lower in the patients with OEC after chemotherapy than those of the untreated patients,The CD 4/CD 8 levels and NK activity were higher significantly in the patients with both chemotherapy and treatment of HASL than those of patients with chemotherapy alone.Conclusions:The findings suggested immunologic function in the patients with ovarian epthelial.Carcinoma is depressed,the immunologic function of the patients after chemotherapy is decreased.The highly agglulinative staphylococcin can effectively enhance the immunologic function.
