氨氯地平和培哚普利对老年高血压病血压及血小板聚集功能的影响

EFFECT OF BLOOD PRESSURE AND PLATELET FUNCTION COMPARED WITH AMLODIPINE AND PERINDOPRIL OLD MEN AND WOMEN WITH HYPERTENSION

为探讨氨氯地平和培哚普利对老年高血压病的血压和血小板聚集功能的影响 ,对 41例老年高血压病随机分成二组 ,采用比浊法进行PAG的检测。结果发现老年高血压病的PAG增强 ,氨氯地平和培哚普利有效降压后 (P <0 .0 1) ,均能显著降低PAG(P <0 .0 1)

To investigate the effect of blood pressure (BP) and platelet function compared with amlodipe and perindopril,we detected the PAG with turbidity method after randomizing 41 cases of old men and women with hypertension.The restults showed that both amlodipine and perinopril can reduce Bp(P<0.01)and PAG(P<0.01).
