眼底玻璃膜疣与老年性黄斑变性关系的探讨

Relationship Between Drusen and Senile Macular Degeneration

为探讨眼底玻璃膜疣与老年性黄斑变性(SMD)的关系,本文观察了128例164只存在玻璃膜疣之SMD患眼,结果硬疣73眼,软疣91眼;硬疣和软疣与患者年龄之间有一定相关性,在45～54岁组,硬疣和软疣差异无显著性(P>0.05),在55～64岁组和65岁以上组,硬疣和软疣差异均有显著性(P<0.05);并发的眼底损害率及黄斑区色素增殖的发生率,硬疣和软疣差异呈显著性(P<0.05);在比较两者与视力受损的关系中则差异无显著性(P>0.05)。另外,本文还重点论述了SMD的病变过程及玻璃膜疣在其中的地位和临床意义。

In order to explore the relation between drusen and senile macular degenaeration (SMD), 164 eyes with drusens in 128 cases of senile macular degeneration were observed. The results suggested that: 1) older patients had more soft drusens than hard drusens; 2) the nature of drusens did not correlate with visual acuity, and there was not statistically significant difference (p>0.05); 3) the nature of drusens correlated with the age of the patients, degree of hyperpigmentation or injury to the fundus, which showed statistically significant difference (p<0.05).
