中医“心肾相关”理论的实验研究

Experimental Research on the TCM Theory of "Correlationship Between Heart and Kidney"

本文通过:(1)检测、分析类肾阳虚家免的心脏收缩、舒张性能及其与血清性激素水平的关系;(2)检测类(肾)阴虚和类(肾)阳虚大鼠血清心钠素水平;(3)观察温补肾阳、滋阴、助阳等中药复方制剂对相应模型的动物病理变化改善或恢复作用等实验,进一步揭示中医“心肾相关”理论的科学内涵,为临床上交通心肾,从肾治心,提高疗效提供科学依据。

In order to fathom the intention of the theory of 'correlationship between heart and kidney', experimental studies were carried out as follows:1) Ventricular systolic function, ventricular diastolic function and sex hormones in blood serum were determined in rabbit models with deficiency of kidneyyang. 2) Cardionatrin in blood serum was determined in rat models with deficiency of kidney-yin or deficiency of kidney-yang. 3) Effects of different herbs on animal model were studied. It is expected that these studies furnish scientific basis for improving therapeutic effects.
