人参白虎汤加减方对糖尿病大鼠血糖及免疫功能影响的实验研究

Experimental Study on Effects of modified RENSHENBAIHU Decoction to Blood Sugar and Immunological Function in Diabetes Rats

为观察人参白虎汤加减方对糖尿病大鼠的治疗效果 ,采用四氧嘧啶一次性腹腔注射法制造糖尿病大鼠模型 ,检测大鼠血糖、Ig G、Ig M含量 ,并与西药降糖灵作比较 ,结果表明 :1高剂量、低剂量均能降低糖尿病大鼠血糖 ,其降糖效果与降糖灵无明显差异。 2高剂量、低剂量均能不同程度地提高糖尿病大鼠 Ig G、Ig M含量 ,尤以高剂量疗效为佳。

To observe the therapeutic effects of modified RENSHENBAIHU decoction,models of diabetes rats were prepared with once injection of mesoxalylcarbamide into abdomen.The contents of blood sugar,immunoglobulin G,M(IgG,IgM)were tested,the group treated with phenformin saved as control.The results indicated that both high and low dosages of the decoction could reduce the blood sugar and its effect was obviously different from that of phenformin;moreover,both high and low dosages of decoction could raise the contents of IgG and IgM of diabetes rats,especially the high dosages are better.
