复方镇痛膏对吗啡依赖大鼠自然戒断征的抑制作用研究

Inhibiting Effect of Compound ZHENTONGGAO on Spontaneous Withdrawal Symptoms in Morphia Dependent Rats

为观察中药复方镇痛膏对吗啡依赖大鼠戒断综合征的疗效 ,采用剂量递增方式皮下注射吗啡建立吗啡依赖的大鼠模型 ,观察大鼠每日体重下降百分率和摇头抖体的次数。结果显示复方镇痛膏明显阻止戒断大鼠的体重下降 ,减少其摇头抖体次数。说明复方镇痛膏能明显抑制吗啡依赖大鼠戒断反应。

To study therapeutic effect of compound ZHENTONGGAO(CZTG) on the spontaneous withdrawal symptoms in morphia dependent rats,models of morphia dependent rats were made by subcutaneous morphia injection gradually increasing doses(from 20 mg.kg\+\{-1\} to 100 mg.kg,5 days,sc).The weight loss percentage and the times of shaking head and body of rats were observed daily.It indicated that CZTG could obviously stopped the weight lost and the shaking times.It proves that CZTG could inhibit the spontaneous withdrawal syndromes of morphia dependent rats.
