癣药膏的抗炎抗菌及急性毒性实验

Experiments of Tinea Paste on Anti-inflammation and Anti-bacteria and Acute Toxicity

为研究中药癣药膏的主要药效及急性毒性反应 ,我们采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法、平皿挖洞灌药法对其进行抗炎抗菌试验 ,并观察癣药膏用于完整皮肤与破损皮肤的毒性作用。结果发现癣药膏能明显降低二甲苯造成的小鼠耳廓肿胀程度 ,对多种真菌呈抑制作用 ,且无明显毒性反应 ,为中药治疗手足癣的临床应用提供了实验依据。

To study the main therapeutic effects and acute toxicity reaction of Tinea Paste,the mice auricle swelling method was used in anti-inflammation experiment and the method of drugs infusion to the hole on plate was used in anti-bacteria experiment.The toxicity effects of Tinea Paste on intact and broken skin were observed respectively.The results indicated that Tinea Paste could obviously reduce the mice auricle swelling degree and inhibit from various mycetes,without only obvious toxicity effects.It provides the experimental basis on clinical application of TCM for tinea manus and pedis treatment.
