婴幼儿颅脑手术术前发热原因分析及对策

Causing Analysis and Nursing of Baby Fever Before Operation on Craniumand Brain

目的 为了降低婴幼儿颅脑术前发热率，使患儿的疾病及时得到治疗，同时也可减轻患儿家属的经济负担。方法 １９９７年起我们通过对婴幼儿颅脑术前发热原因进行分析，寻找对策，改进和加强婴幼儿术前护理，从功能制的护理模式转化为以病人为中心的整体护理加强患儿及家属的健康心理护理。结果１９９７～１９９８年婴幼儿术前发热比１９９５～１９９６年明显降低。结论 采用新的护理对策可以降低婴幼儿术前恐惧、哭闹出汗受凉的机率从而减少术前发热率。

Objective in order to reduce the incidence rate of fever before operations on cranium and brain, cure the disease in time and lighten the economic load. Methods Since 1997 the reasons of baby fevering before operation were analysed. Then we improve and enhance nursing of baby before operation, changing functional nursing mode to holistic nursing mode, healthy psycho - nursing for the baby and his family was enhanced. Results The rate of fever before operation from 1997 to 1998 decent significantly than that from 1995 to1996. Conclusion The new nursing mode can reduce the probability of fearness, crying sweating and cooling, also reduce the rate of fever before operation
