定量视野检查对中医药治疗视网膜色素变性疗效的评价

Quantitative Perimetry for the Effect Evaluation of Patients with Ritinitis Pigmentosa Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine

应用Octopus 2000R型自动定量视野计对22例(41眼)中医药综合治疗的视网膜色素变性患者进行定量视野检查。结果显示:28眼(28/41)的视野有不同程度的扩大,32眼(32/41)的中心10°视野平均敏感度有不同程度提高;治疗前后的视野范围及10°内视野平均敏感度比较,经t检验差异有显著性(P<0.001及P<0.05);患者的视力亦有明显提高,经t检验,P<0.001,其中视力提高2行以上者24眼(24/41).同时发现,长期坚持治疗的患者,其中心10°视野平均敏感度及视力能在原来基础上保存长时间。

Twenty-two patients(41 eyes) with retinitis pigmentosa were examined by Octopus 2000R automatic perimeter before and after TCM treatment. The results indicated that visual field enlargement were found in 28 eyes, and mean sensitivity of the eccentricity 10° visual field increase in 32 eyes. Differences of the visual field limits, the mean sensitivity of the eccentricity 10° field and the vision before and after treatment were statistically significant (P<0.00l, P<0.05 and P<0.00l). It is also found that the mean sensitivity of eccentricity 10° field and the improved vision might be kept for a longer time if the patients continue with TCM treatment.
