经阴道超声引导穿刺和硬化治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿50例分析

Analysis of 50 cases patients with pelvic endometriotic cyst by TVS guiding puncture and sclerotherapy

目的 观察经阴道超声 (TVS)引导穿刺治疗盆腔子宫内膜异位囊肿的近、远期疗效。方法 对 5 0例 5 3个盆腔子宫内膜异位囊肿行TVS引导穿刺硬化治疗 ,并随访 5～ 7年。结果 治愈 3 5个 ,显效 11个 ,好转3个 ,无效 4个。治愈率为 66.0 % ,总有效率达 92 .5 %。结论 TVS引导穿刺硬化治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿不仅近期疗效肯定 ,远期效果也十分理想。

Objective To investigate short term and long term effects of puncture and sclerotherapy introducted by transvaginal ultrasonography (TVS) in patients with pelvic endometriotic cysts.Methods A total of 50 cases with 53 pelvic endometriotic cysts were treated by puncture and sclerotherapy under TVS guiding and followed up within 5～7 years.Results The patients outcomes showed good recovery 35 in cases,obvious effects 11 in cases ,seight effects 3 in cases and no effects 4 in cases.The cure rate was 66.0% and the total curative rate was 92.5% .Conclusions The method proved a significant effect not only in short term but also in long term.
