超声造影实验中副作用的讨论

The discussion of the side effect in the ultrasound contrast experiment

目的 分析造影实验过程中出现的刺激症状和副作用的成因及意义。方法 统计实验过程中明显的刺激症状 ,包括心率、皮肤及呼吸的变化和死亡的情况。结果 注射造影剂可造成一过性心率减慢等迷走神经兴奋的症状 ,较大剂量反复注射可出现呼吸急促及皮肤青紫等现象。结论 新型造影剂本身是安全可靠的 ,但在实验和临床应用方法上应注意掌握条件 ,尽量避免大剂量和反复多次注射 ,以免引起血气交换困难导致呼吸障碍 ,同时应注意掌握对实验对象心脏负荷的控制 ,避免团注造影剂后 ,大剂量快速的液体冲洗。

Objective By statistics analysis of the side effect during contrast experiment, the safety and reliability of the FX530 was discussed in detail.Methods The heart rate, skin cyanosed, rapid breathing and death in 20 experimental rabbits were recorded and carried out statistics analysis.Results The results showed that, after a bolus injection of contrast through peripheral veins, all rabbits had the short duration of the heart rate decrement immediately (about 3～5 seconds). There were 3 rabbits accompanying with skin cyanosed and rapid breathing after higher dosage and repeated injections.Two rabbits died suddenly after injection of contrast.Conclusions The heart rate decrement has the more probability in association with vagus stimulation caused by rapid contrast injection than by contrast itself. And also, the death of rabbits have close relationship with the physiological conditions of rabbits itself than the influence of the contrast. After higher dosage and repeated injection the skin cyanosed and rapid breathing is accountable for influence of hemogas exchange by a great deal contrast in blood circulation.
