小儿肱骨髁上骨折旋转移位的临床诊断与中医治疗方法探讨

TCM Diagnosis and Treatment for the Rotatory Dislocation of Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus in Children

小儿伸直型肱骨髁上骨折的旋转移位是并发肘内翻畸形的主要原因之一,对其旋转方向和处理较难掌握,笔者介绍用拍摄侧位X—ray片观察内外旋骨标志的方法,能有效地鉴别旋转方向和程度,并对骨折整复后固定的体位提出中医治疗的有效方法.

The rotatory dislocation of infantile extension type of supracondylar fracture of humerus is one of the main reasons of deformity or cubitus varus. It is usually difficult to determine the rotating direction and the treatment. By analysing the X-ray film of laternal position and studying the sign of internal and external rotation, the direction and extent of the rotation can be determined. So the author puts forward in this paper a new idea based on TCM theory about the position after a bone-setting for the case of supracondylar fracture of humerus.
