自拟输通汤治疗输卵管阻塞149例临床分析

Treatment for Obstruction of Fallopian Tube with Shu Tong Tang: An Observation of 149 Cases

输卵管阻塞引起的不孕症是妇科常见的疑难杂症。笔者根据中医理论,经多年实践,自拟“输通汤”(药物组成:太子参、丹参、王不留行子、荔枝核各15g,乳香、没药、赤芍、桃仁、皂刺、川楝、路路通、刘寄奴各10g),每日一剂,共煎三次。第一次浓煎成100ml保留灌肠,第二、三次煎液为口服,最后药渣趁热装袋敷小腹,同时结合辨证调周施治等方法,治疗因输卵管阻塞而致不孕者149例,获得较好疗效。其中治愈105例,占70.47%,受孕66人,占44.3％.提示“输通汤”是中医治疗输卵管阻塞的较为理想方药。

To treat sterility caused by obstruction of fallopian tube, the author himself drew up a prescription called Shu Tong Tang (decoction for clearing out fallopian tube) according to TCM theory and his own experience. One dose of Shu Tong Tang was applied each day, with the herbs boiled three times. For the first time, the herbs should be decocted with water into 100ml for retention-enema; for the second and the third times, the decoction was for oral administration. Then, the herb dregs were wrapped in a cotton bag for application on lower abdoman when still hot. In addition, treatment for regulating menstrual cycle was given according to zheng-differentiation. The result showed that 132 cases(88.5%) were effective, 105 (70.47%) were cured, 66 (44.3%) got pregnancy. It is suggested that Shu Tong Tang is an ideal herb prescription for obstruction of fallopian tube.
