血透患者心理健康状况分析

Mental Health of Hemodialysis Patients

目的 探讨血透患者心理健康状况。 方法 对 98例血透患者进行 scl- 90测试 ,并将结果与中国正常人常模进行比较 ,而且将自费病人与公费病人进行比较。 结果 血透患者的 scl- 90总分为 182 .15± 37.6 8,阳性项目数为 5 8.49± 2 0 .16 ,各因子分均值为 1.42～ 2 .18。除 F8外因子分均高于正常常模 ,血透患者总均分、阳性项目数明显高于中国常模 ,自费患者除强迫、敌意外 ,其余 7个因子明显高于公费。 结论 血透患者存在一系列心理问题。

Objective To investigate the mental states of hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 98 hemochialysis patients were tested with Scl-90. the result were compared with the norms of normal chinese. The factorial soores were compared the patients at own expense with the patients at public expense. Result In the group of hemochialysis patients, the total score was 182 15±37 68, the positive items were 58 49±20 16, and the mean factoria score was 1 42～2 18, The factorial scores except F 8 were all higher than the norms. The positive items were significantly higher than the norms of normal chinese, The factorial scores excpept F 2、F 6 of the patients at own expense were all higher thah of the patients at public expense. Conclusion There were some psychological problems in the hemochialysis patients.
