针灸治疗闭经—溢乳综合征的临床观察

Acupuncture Treatment for Amenorrhea-Lactorrhea Syndrome

本文采用针灸治疗闭经溢乳综合征患者20例,取期门、公孙、足临泣为主要止乳穴,归来、关元为通经局部穴,结合全身辨证配穴,刺激法以留针、间歇捻转为主,辩证选择电针、艾灸和梅花针等。本法通经止乳有一定疗效。其中显效:5例,占25%;有效:11例,占55%;无效:4例,占20%。此外,针灸对降低血清泌乳素亦有较好的作用.12例高PRL血症中,5例经针灸后恢复正常,显效率为41.67%.针灸为治疗本病开辟了一条新的途径。

Acupuncture treatment was applied for 20 cases of amenorrhea-lactorrhea syndrome. In the treatment, Qimen (LR14), Gongsun (SP4), Zulingqi (GB41) were used as main points for stopping lactorrhea, Guilai (ST29) and Guanyuan (CV4) as local points for promoting menstruation, associated with other points selected according to TCM zheng-differentiation'l Retaining needle, twisting and intermittently twirling needle were [the main methods, while electric stimulation, moxibustion and plum-blossom needle were selected according to individual cases. The results show that acupuncture has the effect of promoting menstruation and stopping lactorrhea. Among the 20 cases, 5 were cured(25%), 11 improved (55%), and 4 ineffective (20％). In addition, acupuncture is effective for serum prolactin. Among the 12 cases with hyperprolactinemia, 5 cases recovered after the treatment. The markedly effective rate is 41.67%.
