摘要
设计了一种新型振动发电机结构.对振动发电机结构进行了数值仿真、谐振频率分析,并运用有限元方法分析了E型磁轭三维磁场分布、磁路结构优化及振动发电机输出电压波形.通过优化设计使振动发电机在低频振动环境条件下的能量获取能力显著提高.理论与实验表明振动发电机在频率为10Hz,振幅为10 mm时,输出开路电压有效值为5.5 V.
A new type of structure of electromagnetic vibration-powered generator is proposed according to the vibration power. The magnetic field distribution of the yoke and the optimal design of the magnetic circuit for the generator are simulated by using the method of finite element analysis. It has been found that the ability of energy harvesting generator is significantly improved under the condition of low-frequency vibration. The open circuit R M S voltage is 5. 5 V with the vibration frequency of 10 Hz and the amplitude of 10 mm.
