摘要
为了得到丁酮连氮高压非催化水解制水合肼的反应动力学方程,在间歇釜式反应器中对其水解过程进行了研究.探讨了转速、压力、丁酮连氮与水的物质的量之比、温度和时间对丁酮连氮水解率的影响.研究了433.15—463.15K温度范围内丁酮连氮水解制肼的非催化反应本征动力学,得到丁酮连氮水解的拟均相可逆非线性动力学方程.结果表明:丁酮连氮水解制肼正反应的活化能为15214.16J/mol,指前因子为3.2033L/(mol.h);其逆反应的活化能为46.73J/mol。指前因子为0.04911L/(mol·h);丁酮连氮、水、水合肼、丁酮的反应级数分别是0.01073,0。1567,0.8484,0.9275.
In order to obtain kinetics equation of synthesis ofhydrazine hydrate by methyl ethyl ketazine high pressure and non-catalyzed hydrolysis as well study it's hydrolysis in a batch reactor, The influence of speeds, pressure, mole ratio of methyl ethyl ketazino to water, temperatures and times were studied, The intrinsic kinetics of non-catalytic reaction of methyl ethyl ketone is studied and the reversible nonlinear equation of433,15 g to 463,15 g is abtained, The results show that the aparent activation energy and proexponential factor of forward reaction are 15 214,16 J/reel and 3,203 3 L/(mol.h), the apparent activation ener~ and pre-exponential factor of the reverse reaction are 46,73 J/reel and 0,049 11 L/(mol,h); the re- action order with respect to methyl ethyl kotazine, water, hydraztne hydrate and methyl ethyl ketone are respectively 0,010731, 0,1567, 0,8484, 0,9275,
