摘要
文章对安徽移动公司集团客户营销管理现状和存在的问题进行了分析,在此基础上指出建立移动公司分层分级集团客户营销管理工作的必要性。最后,从集团客户分类管理、强化组织管理和完善考核机制等方面提出具体的营销管理策略。
This paper Starts with analysis of the status quo and existing problems of the company’s group customer marketing management. Based on these analyses,this paper further points out the necessity of group customer hierarchical marketing management strategy. In the last part of this paper,specific marketing management strategies on hierarchical management of group customer,enhancement of organizational management and improvement of assessment mechanism are suggested.
