摘要
在新生代外来工的社会融入进程中,受经济利益的驱动,本应扮演"社会认同"功能的大众传媒选择了集体失语,新生代外来工被迫转向社交网络,完成自己在陌生环境中的社会关系建构。然而,一、社交网络带来的社会关系是一种虚拟的人际信任关系,往往也容易被受众所抛弃;二、这种虚拟的社会关系对于外来工的城市化进程而言,注定是一种缺失。因此,我们必须让更职业化,也更能系统帮助外来者进入城市、适应城市的媒体与媒介从业者参与到这个群体的社会融合中来。而对于不断下滑的传统媒体而言,这种转向也将是它们的发展机会。
In the process of social integration of the newcomer, actuated by economic benefits, the mass media, which should play the role of helping migrant workers to build social identification, choose for "Collective aphasia", thus causing newcomer turn to seek consolation from social networ- king so as to complete a reconstruction of a new social relationship in a totally unfamiliar environ- ment. However, this kind of social relationship based on social networking is a fictitious one, which could easily be discarded. What~ more, such a fictitious social relationship is bound to be a kind of deficiency in the process of social integration of newcomer. In this case, it is high time for us to re- mind the media and media practitioners of the cities to help the process of social integration of new- comer in a more professional and systematical way. For the declining elder media, this shift will also be opportunities for their development.
