摘要
[目的]为低聚异麦芽糖在三角鲂养殖中的科学应用及开发绿色环保添加剂提供理论依据。[方法]在三角鲂基础饲料中添加不同水平的低聚异麦芽糖,对三角鲂的生长以及肠道内有益菌的数量和组成进行研究,探讨低聚异麦芽糖对三角鲂肠道菌群的影响。[结果]饲料中添加0.3%和0.6%低聚异麦芽糖可以显著提高三角鲂的存活率,添加0.6%和0.9%低聚异麦芽糖对三角鲂生长具有显著促进作用。添加0.6%和0.9%低聚异麦芽糖可以显著提高三角鲂肠道内双歧杆菌及乳酸杆菌的数量,并在一定程度上可以提高肠道菌群组成的多态性。[结论]三角鲂存活率的提高在一定程度上与改善肠道菌群组成、增强有益菌的生长有关。
[ Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for scientific application of isomaltose hypgather in the breeding ol Megalobrama terminalis. [ Method] Different levels of isomaltose hypgather were added in the basic feed of M. terminalis to study the growth of M. terminalis and the number and composition of intestinal beneficial bacteria. The effects of isomaltose hypgather on the intestinal microflo- ra of M. terminalis were discussed. [ Result] Adding 0.3% and 0.6% isomahose hypgather in the basic feed could significantly enhance the survival rate of M. terminalis. Adding 0.6% and 0.9% isomaltose hypgather could significantly promote the growth of M. terminalis. Adding 0.6% and 0.9% isomahose hypgather could significantly increase the amount of Bifidobacterium spp. and Lactobacillus spp. in the intestine of M. terminalls and improve the polymorphism of intestinal microflora to some extent. [ Conclusion] The increase of the survival rate of M. termlnalis was related with imnroving, the intestinal bacterial composition and increasinz the ~,rowth of beneficial bacteria to some extents.
