摘要
木材干燥技术能够提高木材利用率和木材质量,是木材不降等的主要保障技术之一。该研究将先进的神经网络算法与PID控制技术相结合,并建立相应的智能控制系统,从而对木材干燥的全过程进行智能控制,最后,利用Matlab软件对该系统进行了建模和仿真,通过实验证明该系统具有较好的应用价值。
Wood drying technology can improve the wood quality, reduce material loss and improve the utilization ratio of timber, and it is the main technical support for wood not to degrade. The key to the adjustment of dry indoor temperature and relative humidity lies in the wood dr- ying control, which can reduce the wood water content to a certain extent. By combining the advanced BP neural network algorithm and PID control technology, this paper establishes the corresponding intelligent control system to achieve the effective control of wood drying process. Finally, Matlab software is used for modeling and simulation of the system, and the experiment proves that this system is of better application value.
