在新时期社会对农学、植保、园艺专业人才需求变化的基础上,以柔性教育的概念为出发点,结合沈阳工学院植物生产类专业培养的实践,分析了柔性教育理念下植物生产类专业人才培养存在的问题,并提出了相应的改革措施。
