科技创新城市强调科技创新功能的主导作用以及驱动城市发展的科技创新个性,属于创新型城市的一种更为具体的城市发展模式。该文在研究国内外科技创新城市的最新发展动态基础上,提炼、总结了高新技术产业极化发展与科技创新城市非均衡增长的空间耦合关系,并从实施"绿色新政"、培育功能复合区、推行"三旧"改造、构建智慧基础设施等方面,提出了科技创新城市的空间发展策略。
