健康雄性大鼠随机分为激光组8只和捆绑对照组7只,大鼠固定于鼠台,激光组每天用5mW氦氖激光照射右“足三里”穴10分钟,捆绑组不作其它处理,连续实验6天,乙醚麻醉后断头放血处死大鼠,即取距空肠起始部5cm的一段空肠系膜铺片、固定,醛品红一橙黄G染色,在10×40倍显微镜视野下观察,激光组脱颗粒肥大细胞均值为11.8±2.1个,脱颗粒率为34.7%,捆绑对照组脱颗粒肥大细胞平均4.4±1.2个,脱颗粒率占15.7%.两组比较,差别均有显著性,说明激光照射穴位可以使空肠系膜透明窗肥大细胞脱颗粒率增加。
An experimental study was carried out on 2 groups. Group A, with He-Ne laser irradiation on Zusanli point for ten minutes per day; Group B, with no He-Ne laser irradiation as control. All rats were bound on the table during the experiment. On the seventh 'day, the rats were killed under anaesthesia with ether. A piece of jejunal mesentery 5cm far from the root was cut off and spread on a sheet of glass, fixed and dyed. The mast cells were observed by light microscope. The results showed that the mean value of degranulation and rate of degranulation of mast cell were as follows: Group A were 11.8±6.07 and 34.70±11.71 per cent and Group B were 4.4±3.l7 and 15.70±5.79 per cent respectively. The difference is significant between the two groups. It seems that He-Ne laser irradiation on Zusanli point may increase the degranulation rate of mast cells in the transparent fenestra of jejunal mesentery.
