摘要
公务员薪酬制度是国家政治制度和社会公平的窗口,关系到社会稳定、政府效率和民族未来。如何建立起公平有效的公务员薪酬制度,对公务员进行有效的激励,已成为我国薪酬制度体系当中最重要的一环。文章从我国公务员薪酬制度的现状出发,结合公共管理和薪酬管理的相关理论,对我国当前公务员薪酬制度中存在的问题和原因进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了我国公务员薪酬制度的创新建议。
Wage system is a window of social fairness and is closely related with social stability,governments' efficiency and nation's future.Building a fare and effective wage system of civil servants is an important link in China's wage reform.After analyzing the current situation of the wage system of civil servants and on the base of relative theories of public management and wage management,the author puts forward some suggestions such as increasing the wage of civil servants,optimizing the wage structure,setting up incentive and regulating mechanism and so on.
