地沟油检测方法的评价及研究进展

Overview of Rapid Identification Methods on Drainage Oils

对地沟油快速鉴别检测方法进行比较,发现现有各种鉴别检测方法没有共性,只能对某一种类的地沟油进行鉴别检测,而且检测灵敏度不高。提出利用近红外光谱对地沟油中的内源性特征目标物进行鉴别检测的思路,以期为地沟油快速鉴别检测方法研究提供参考。

Comparing several different rapid identification methods for drainage oils,this paper analyzed their principles and defects.Through comprehensive comparison there was no common character between existing identification methods ,and they could only identify some kind of drainag oil,and the detection sensitivity is not high.The paper proposed to use the endogenous characteristicsoftargettoidentify drainage oilbyNearInfraredSpectrum,inordertoprovidethereferenceforrapiddetection method research on drainage oil.
