装饰砂浆饰面外墙外保温系统耐候性研究

Study on the weather ability of EIFS with decorative plaster

针对以装饰砂浆为外饰面的外墙外保温系统的耐候性进行了实验研究。相应采用3种不同配方的抹面进行了对比实验。实验结果表明:添加VINNAPAS 5048H胶粉的抹面砂浆具有优良的憎水性和柔韧性,其耐候性能也表现最好;添加VINNAPAS 7031H胶粉的装饰砂浆经过耐候性实验,没有出现泛碱、开裂、起鼓等现象。

The weather ability of EIFS with decorative plaster is studied in this paper. Three different basecoats with different formulation are tested in this experiment. The test result shows the basecoat with WINNAPAS 5048H has the excellent hydrophobic ability and flexibility. The weather ability of it is the best in three materials. The decorative plaster with VINNAPAS 7031H has very good weather ability. There are no efflorescence,cracking and bulking on the surface of it.
