摘要
研究了偏高岭土(MK)、偏高岭土基复合添加剂(MS)对聚合物改性修补砂浆物理性能的影响,并通过压汞仪和扫描电镜进行了结构分析。研究表明,MK对聚合物改性修补砂浆的抗压强度、抗渗性和收缩具有明显的改善作用,MS的加入使聚合物改性修补砂浆性能得到更进一步的改善,同时在砂浆体系中生成大量钙矾石,细化砂浆孔径,优化了微观结构。
This paper deals with the physical performance of polymer modification repair mortar with Metakaolin (MK) and Metakaolin-based composite materials (.MS),besides,MIP and SEM were used to investigate the microcosmic structure. The results show that when added MK, the strength,anti-permeability and shrinkage of polymer modification repair mortar have been improved remarkably:when added MS,the polymer modification repair mortar exhibits a better mechanical and shrinkage performance, mean- while produces a lot of ettringite in the mortar system and the microstrueture is optimized.
