防水砂浆的研制及性能测试研究

Study on preparation and performance test of waterproof mortar

研究了粉煤灰、膨胀剂、防水剂、减水剂等掺合料的不同配比对水泥砂浆抗压、抗折、抗渗性能的影响,结果表明,防水剂、减水剂在掺量分别为6%、0.75%时使得砂浆的抗压、抗折、防水性能整体提高;掺入粉煤灰使早期强度降低,后期强度提高;膨胀剂掺量为10%时防水性能最佳。

This paper studies the participation material impact on the mortar compressive, flexural, impermeability under differ- ent proportions of cement mortar in the fly ash, expansive agents,waterproofing agents,superplasticizers,etc. The results show that the mortar compressive,flexural and waterproof properties all improve,when using 6% of waterproof agent and 0.75% of superplas- ticizers. The strength of the cement mortar blending fly ash is low in the early stage and high in the late stage. The waterproofing quality of the.cement mortar is best when blending 10% of expansive agent.
