中药香莲复方外用治疗股癣及外阴念珠菌病的实验和临床研究

Treatment of Tinea Cruris and Canaditiasis of Vulva with External Application of Flos Caryophylli and Rhizoma Coptidis Co.

本研究包括香莲复方抗真菌的抑茵试验、电镜观察和临床观察。结果表明:香莲复方在药基法中2.79%以上浓度,浸泡法中55.8％药液浸泡茵块30分钟以上对T.r、E.f、T.g、C.a有较强的抑杀作用。透射电镜下见四种真菌的胞壁肿胀、松散、破裂、溃溶;胞膜肿胀、剥离、断裂、溶解;胞质和胞核完全变性溶解,胞内空化或致密化。用香莲复方外洗液和外用霜随机对照单盲法治疗股癣和外阴念珠菌病的总痊愈率和总有效率分别是83％和98％,优于西药对照组(P<0.01和0.05)。提示中药香莲复方外用是治疗股癣及外阴念珠菌病的较为理想的方法。

The study included the antifungal test in vitro, electron microscopic study and clinical effect of Flos Caryophylli and Rhizoma Coptidis Co. (FCRC Co.). The results showed that FCRC Co. had a rather strong fungistatic and fungicidal action on T.r, E.f, T.g, C.a in the culture medium with FCRC Co. higher than 2.79% and by soaking the fungi in 55.8% solution of FCRC Co. for more than 30 minutes. It was found by transmission electron microscopy that the cell wall of fungi was swollen, loosen, broken and collapsed, and the cell membrane swollen, separated, broken and dissolved. Both the cytoplasm and nucleus were completely degenerated and dissolved, and some of the cells were vacuolated or pyknotic. The total curative rate and total effective rate of FCRC Co. for tinea cruris and candidasis of vulva were 83% and 98% respectively, which were higher than those of the western medicine control group (P<0.01 and P<0.05).
