河南省农村地区卫生服务公平性研究

Studying on equity in rural health service in Henan province

通过对河南省农村地区卫生服务公平性的调查分析 ,得出河南省农村居民在经济状况、健康、卫生服务的提供、可及性以及卫生服务筹资等方面都存在着不同程度的不公平 ,经济困难是造成未就诊或未住院即卫生服务利用不公平性的主要因素。因此 ,国家和政府有关部门有责任加大卫生改革的力度 ,改善这种不公平现状。

Investigating health service equity in Henan rural area, the author found unfair in economic condition, health status, availability of health service, collection funds and so on among the countryman. Poverty was the dominant factor causing the unfair. So the government should reform health system greatly to change the unfair.
