摘要 为全面掌握上海浦东新区的水资源总量、水环境变化趋势,更好地为水资源优化调度服务,浦东新区建设了基于太阳能供电的低功耗无人值守型水资源综合在线监测系统。介绍了该系统的特点、组成及功能,包括:水质评价与统计、水质预测与预警、应急管理。详细叙述了水质水量现地监测系统、供电单元的设计及能耗分析。系统具有低功耗、体积小、监测参数全面、无人值守等特点,在水资源监管及用水安全保障中有着广阔的推广应用前景。 In order to master water resources quantity, water environment variation and provide better service for water re-sources regulation, the Water Authority of Pudong New Zone of Shanghai City develops a solar-powered unmanned water re-source monitoring & analysis system. This paper introduces the characteristics and framework of the system as well as application and its analysis functions such as water quality evaluation and statistics, water quality prediction and pre-warning, emergency management. Especially the design of on-site monitoring system of water quality and quantity, the design solutions as well as the energy consumption of power supply unit are presented in detail. The system has advantages such as low-power, small size, multi-parameter monitoring, unmanned operation, advanced application analysis of water resources and has a wide application prospect in the water resources management and water security monitoring.
