摘要
针对猴子岩水电站的开发任务和工程特点,在分析淹没敏感点的基础上,提出了正常蓄水位比选的原则,并拟定了1 852 m和1 842 m两种正常蓄水位方案。通过综合比较蓄水对库尾丹巴古碉群、水库淹没、环境的影响及工程建设条件与枢纽布置及经济指标等多因素,确定猴子岩水电站正常蓄水位为1 842 m。虽然电站水头减少了10 m,但避免了对丹巴古碉群产生不利影响,减轻了滑坡和生态风险,实现了开发与保护并重的目标。
Normal storage level is an important determinant parameter for the scale of a hydropower station and inundation range of reservoir. In the light of development tasks and the characteristics of Houziyan Hydropower Station and based on analysis of sensitive spots, the comparison and selection principle of NSL is determined and 2 storage level schemes of 1852 m and 1842 m are preliminarily selected. Through comparison of inundation impact on the ancient bunker group in the reservoir tail, reservoir inundation, environmental impact and the project construction condition, layout of hydro-complex as well as economic indexes etc. , the scheme of 1842 m is determined. For the 1842 m scheme, although the water head of the power station is reduced by 10 m, the unfavorable impact on the ancient bunker group can be avoided, the landslide and ecological risks can be mitigated and multi-win of hydropower development and protection will be realized.
