猴子岩水电站施工区1号公路棚洞桩施工

摘要 棚洞结构因兼具结构支护和环保的功能,在我国西部山区交通工程建设中发挥着越来越大的作用。以猴子岩水电站施工区1号公路为例,对公路棚洞桩基施工方案进行了分析。详细介绍了钻孔灌注桩的施工工艺流程,具体包括各类桩基施工事故(钻孔偏斜、钻孔漏浆、导管进水以及浇筑混凝土卡管和埋管)的预防方法及相应的处理措施。提出了在施工过程中,应加强施工质量控制与管理,并注重施工安全,保证桩基质量满足规范要求。 The shed tunnel structure has the functions of structural support and environment protection, which plays an in-creasingly important role in construction of traffic facilities in mountainous area of west China. Taking No. 1 road of Houziyan Hy-dropower Station as an example, the pile foundation construction scheme of shed tunnel was analyzed. The construction procedure of bored pile was introduced in detail. The methods of preventing pile construction accidents, including drilling deflection, mud leakage, conduit seepage, grouting pipe blocking and burying, and the countermeasures were provided. It was proposed that in the construction process, the construction quality control and management should be strengthened so that the pile foundation qual-ity can meet the requirement of specification standard.
