基于模糊选择的叶片泵定子集成设计系统研究

摘要 针对叶片泵定子内轮廓过渡曲线设计选型问题,以模糊数学理论为基础,对过渡曲线进行模糊选择。在传统设计要求的基础上,提出将加工制造成本作为重要设计因素考虑。建立了二级动态权值确定方法,权值系数可进行反馈调整。在模糊选择的基础上,结合计算机辅助技术建立了CAD/CAM集成的叶片泵定子设计系统,通过实例验证其可行性,为叶片泵定子的高效高质设计提供了有效手段。 Aiming at design selection of stator transition curve for vane pump, an approach based on fuzzy mathematical theory was conducted. In addition to general design requirements, manufacturing cost was presented as an important design factor. A two- stage dynamic method was proposed to determine the weights ; the coefficient of weight could be adjusted by feedback. Based on fuzzy selection, a CAD/CAM design system of vane pump stator was built by computer aided technology. A case was analyzed to verify the feasibility. It provides an effective means for high quality and high efficiency design of stator.
