贫矿提质螺旋选别试验研究

Study on Spiral Separator for Upgrading of Lean Multimetallic Raw Ores

为提高云南华联锌铟股份有限公司低品位贫矿的入选品位,采用螺旋分选机进行了预选提质探索试验。对比试验结果表明,以QL11BK型螺旋分选机选别效果为佳,QL90AP型螺旋分选机次之。通过螺旋分选机预选,可以大幅度提高入选矿石的锌、铜、锡原矿品位,精矿富集比接近或超过4倍。

Spiral separators were introduced into trial tests on pre-concentration with the aim to increase the beneficiation feed grade of lean ores from Yunnan Hualian-Zinc and Indium Co Ltd. According to the contrast tests, the upgrading effect of QLllBK spiral separator is good, while QL90AP spiral separator comes second. After pre-concentration with a spiral separator, the zinc, copper and tin grades of the feed ore can be substantially increased, with the enrichment ratio uo to 4 or even larger.
