摘要
对重庆铝精矿的拜耳法溶出性能进行了研究,考察了溶出温度、石灰添加量、苛碱浓度、铝酸钠溶液中硫酸根离子的含量、溶出时间对铝精矿溶出率的影响。实验结果表明:温度对铝精矿溶出率的影响最大,其次为石灰添加量;铝精矿的合适溶出条件为温度255℃,石灰添加量10%,溶出时间为1 h。铝酸钠溶液中含有硫酸根导致铝精矿的溶出率降低,溶出矿浆中碳碱含量升高,对铝精矿溶出有不利影响。
Research on the digestion performance of Chongqing bauxite according to the Bayer process was conducted. Effects of temperature, lime dosage, concentration of caustic alkali, concentration of S042- contained in sodium aluminate solution and digestion time on the digestion rate of bauxite were investigated. Results showed that temperature brought the greatest influence on the digestion rate of bauxite and lime dosage took the second place. An appropriate condition for the bauxite digestion is being digested for 1 h at a temperature of 255 ℃, with lime dosage of 10%. It is found that the presence of SO42- in aluminate solution, which led to the digestion rate of bauxite decreased with carbonate concentration in digestion liquor increased, is adverse to the bauxite digestion.
