摘要
论述了循证医学、循证医院管理的有关概念 ,并对循证医院管理的有效性、科学性、实践性等问题进行了初步的探讨。实践证明 ,循证管理能够提高管理品质 ,促进医院的良性发展 ,是未来医院管理的趋势。
Concepts concerning Evidence Based Medicine and Evidence Based hospital management are described in this paper. The validity, scientific and practical significance of Evidence Based hospital management are also given primary discussion. It has been proved that Evidence Based management, the tendency of future hospital management, can improve management quality and promote virtuous development of hospitals.
