摘要
采用刷涂法制备了Ti/TiO2-SnO2-RuO2电极,并用SEM、XRD对电极形貌及结构进行表征。利用该电极作阳极,石墨板为阴极,对含奥克托今(HMX)的废水进行电催化氧化降解处理,探讨了Na2SO4电解质浓度、反应温度、溶液pH、电解电压等因素对HMX去除率和COD去除率的影响。结果表明,在Na2SO4质量浓度为7.5 g/L、反应温度为35℃、溶液pH为3、外加电解电压为3 V的条件下处理50 mL含HMX的废水,HMX的去除率达到91.76%,COD去除率达到99.86%。
Ti/TiO2-SnO2-RuO2 electrode has been prepared by brush coating method, and its appearance and struc- ture are characterized with SEM and XRD. HMX explosive wastewater is treated by electro-catalytic oxidation degra- dation process, using Ti/TiO2-SnO2-RuO2 as anode electrode and graphite plate as cathode electrode. The effects of the factors ,such as Na2SO4 electrolyte concentration ,reaction temperature ,pH of solution,electrolysis voltage ,etc. on HMX removing rate and COD removing rate are discussed. The results show that the HMX removing rate and COD removing rate are up to 91.76% and 99.86%, respectively, when 50 mL of HMX-containing wastewater is treated under the following conditions: the mass concentration of Na2SO4 is 7.5 g/L, reaction temperature 35 ℃, solution pH 3, external electrolysis voltage 3 V.
