摘要
表述了我国现行的无缝气瓶定期检验与评定标准与国际标准条文表述的差异,鉴于我国特种设备法规体系向国际靠拢的趋势,且我国执行该标准年限超过15年并于近期准备修订,特在此提出其与国际标准的比对,表述出二者的技术差异,希望能对我国该标准的修订工作提供帮助。
This paper express the difference between the current seamless gas cylinders periodic inspection and evaluation standards with the international standard expression,in view of Chinese laws and regulations system of special equipment to the international trend, beside our country implement the standards for more than 15 years and prepare to revised them in re- cent, in this proposed we bring the comparison with the international standards, express the technical differences, hoping to provide help for our revision of the standard work.
