摘要
在分析岸边集装箱起重机钢丝绳报废更换标准和各机构钢丝绳缠绕形式的基础上,对钢丝绳更换工艺的控制要点和重要措施进行了深入研究和探讨,并比较了新旧工艺的特点。实践证明,采用新的换绳工艺,可使钢丝绳更换效率大幅提高。
The article makes a deep research and discussion on the key points and important measures of the steel wire rope replacing process based on the analysis on the scrapped or replaced criteria for the quayside container gantry crane rope and on the rope layout forms in respective gears. The article also makes a comparison between the old and the new processes features. It is proved that the new replacement process can make the replacement efficiency a substantial increase.
