摘要 为优化跳汰选别条件,采用ST型锯齿波跳汰机分选锡多金属硫化矿,考察了筛下补加水、冲程、冲次、人工床层厚度等操作因素对跳汰选别效果的影响。试验结果表明,筛下补加水和冲次对跳汰选别效果影响较显著,人工床层厚度影响次之,而冲程对跳汰选别影响较小。当筛下补加水为34.2 kg/min,冲程18 mm,冲次94次/min,人工床层重量18 kg时,精矿产率、锡的品位和回收率分别达到15.76%、1.27%、85.59%。 In order to optimize parameters of jigger, ST type saw tooth wave jigger was adopted to separate cassiterite polymetallic sulphides. The operating factors including adding water, stroke, fre-quency and artificial-bed stone thickness were investigated. The results show that adding water and frequency have significant effect on separation, follow by the artificial-bed stone thickness and the stroke. The concentrate yield, tin grade and recovery reach 15.76%, 1.27% and 85.59% respec-tively when the adding water, stroke, frequency and artificial-bed stone thickness are 34.2 kg/min, 18 mm, 94 beats/ min, 18 kg.
