金刚石串珠绳的研发与生产

摘要 介绍金刚石串珠绳锯的结构以及加工原理.以7×7-4.9钢丝绳为例,介绍金刚石串珠绳的结构设计,原料及表面镀层选择,生产过程控制.通过改善钢丝绳结构,选用线接触作为新一代金刚石串珠绳的生产结构,钢丝绳的理论破断拉力最高可以提升8%;选用SW87盘条作为做金刚石串珠绳的原料;半成品钢丝表面镀层采用电镀黄铜,可以提高金刚石串珠绳耐疲劳磨损性能;综合考虑制绳钢丝抗拉强度和扭转性能的匹配,选择总压缩率为85%~90%.捻制时,利用张力测试仪进行动态模拟测试,保证每根股的张力在49~ 58.8 kN,预张拉力为成品绳破断拉力的10%~ 15%.生产结果表明,新一代金刚石串珠钢丝绳达到了高破断拉力、低伸长率以及良好的耐疲劳磨损性能的技术要求. To introduce the structure and processing principle of wire rope saw with diamond beads. Taking 7 ~ 7---4.9 wire rope for example to introduce the structure design of wire rope with diamond beads, raw materials and surface coating selection, and production course control. By improving wire rope structure, selecting line contact structure acting as a new generation diamond beads wire rope structure, the theoretical breaking force can increase 8% ; selecting SW87 wire rod as raw material of diamond beads wire rope; semi-finished steel wire selecting electroplating brass as surface coating, which can raise fatigue and wear resistance of diamond beads wire rope; selecting total draught 85% ~ 90% overall consideration of tensile strength and torsion property of steel wire for rope. Making use of tension tester to dynamical simulate test as lay- ing, ensure tension at 49 to 58.8 kN per strand, the pre-tension is 10% - 15% of finished wire rope breaking force. Pro- duction result indicated that the new generation diamond beads wire rope reached technical demands of high breaking force, low elongation and good fatigue and wear resistance properties.
