经内镜局部化疗加微波治疗晚期食管癌及晚期胃癌疗效探讨

THE EFFICACY OF ADVANCED ESOPHAGEAL AND GASTRIC CANCER WITH LOCAL CHEMOTHERAPEUTIC DRUG INJECTION PLUS MICROWAVE VIA ENDOSCOPIC

目的 :为了评价内镜局部注射化疗药加微波治疗与单纯经内镜局部注射化疗药物的疗效。方法 :对 6 6例失去手术指征的晚期食管癌、胃癌进行局部注射化疗或加微波治疗以评价二者疗效。该研究采用局部注射化疗组 2 2例 ,局部化疗加微波治疗 44例。治疗后 2周观察癌肿缩小情况。结果 :单纯局部化疗组 2 2例 ,治疗后 3周食管癌肿块缩小率 11% ,胃癌肿块缩小率 2 2 % ,局部化疗加微波治疗组 44例 ,治疗后 2周食管癌肿块缩小率 31% ,胃癌肿块缩小率 33 % ,两组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :局部注射化疗药与局部注射化疗药加微波治疗两种方法均有效。局部注射化疗药加微波治疗方法优于单用局部注射化疗药物 ,提示对晚期食管癌、胃癌的治疗应尽量采用加微波治疗的方法。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of advanced esophageal and gastric cancer with endoscopically local chemotherapeutie drug injetion and microwave therapy.Methods:endoscopically local chemotherapeutic drug injection and microwave therapy were performed in 66 patients with unresectable esophageal and gastric cancer local chemotherapeutic drug were injected with 22 patients,local injection plus microwave were performed with 44 patients.The tumor's size was observed.Results:In local chemotherapeutic drug injection group.The reduced percent of mass in esopahageal and gastric cancer,were 11%,22%,respectively.In contrast,in local injection group the reduced percent of mass in esophageal and gastric cancer were 31%,33% respectively (P>0.05).Conclusions:The local chemotherapeuti injection plus microwave theray was more effective than local chemotherapeutic injection in treatment of unresectable advanced esophageal and gastric cancer.
