摘要
目的 :探讨内镜下热活钳高频电灼治疗技术在临床中应用价值和开创内镜下治疗大肠扁平腺瘤的新途径。方法 :回顾性分析我院 1998年 7月～ 2 0 0 0年 2月 5 6例大肠扁平腺瘤内镜下热活检钳高频电灼治疗的临床及随访资料。 5 6例 (177颗 )大肠扁平腺瘤分别采用 1～ 2次内镜下热活检钳高频电灼治疗。结果 :全部病例均治愈 ,未发生并发症 ,其中 48例得到随访 ,随访 4周～ 18周 ,无 1例原位复发。结论 :内镜下热活检钳高频电灼治疗大肠扁平腺瘤的方法切实可行、安全可靠 ,在治疗上有一定的实用价值。
Objective:To sutdy the Value of endothermy heater forcels biopsy in falt colonic adenoma and explore a new minimally invasive technique for the management of flat colonic adenoma.Methods:The in-clinic and follow-up data of 56 patients with the flat colonic adenoma by therapy of endothermy Heater forcels biopsy were retrospectively reviewed.Results:This therapy had been applied in 56 cases with the flat colonic adenoma from July 1998 to February 2000.All recovered uneventfully.Among 48 cases gotten in follow-up after treatment from 4 weeks to 18 months.In all cases no one primarily recurred.Conclusions:Endoscopic treatment by endothermy heater forcels biopsy is an effective and safe therapetic method for flat colonic adenoma.
